How precious! The White House is going to release its own Katrina Report. Let me guess. It was Blanco and Nagin's FAULT! Nuff said. Recommendations? Don't trust the local and state governments to do anything when it was they who clearly failed! The White House's response could have been better but they did the best they could because no one could have anticipated the breach of the levees, but it's still the Democrats' fault anyway. 
We accepted responsibility alright: the hard responsibility of shifting blame to Democrats! YAY!! See, we do hold ourselves accountable!
